Seeing Red

For the DA 100 themes challenge.

So...

Started sketch during 4th period PD, finished sketch and started inking during 5th period science, finished inking during afternoon extra period IPT and CGed at home from 9:30 pm when I thought I'd like to go to sleep but still CGed anyway until I finished it at 11.

I think took altogether 2 hours.

I like the idea of the wings like that. At first I drew the person and didn't know what to do with background, and a friend (Mel) said angel wings and I immediately thought of demon, and that reminded me of Devil May Cry, and I kind of used the silougette idea and did this. But of course, the raggedness is different.

And that reminded of me Chiense paper cuttings. Yes, those are very interesting, I need to go look into that some time...
