Been having quite a few epiphanies lately
So I'll sort through those wonderful epiphanies right here.
For one, I realised today while talking to a friend on the train, that a lot of people around us are, despite being the same age as us and having gone to the same schools as us, have become very successful in their respective interests be it modelling or being in a band or creating dance crews. We, however, have been doing nothing much other than uni work, normal work, and marvelling at idols. This raised the question of when will we ever get famous and my realisation that I personally will never get famous since I will probably spend the rest of my life in the post-production secti

I'll update my journal. XD
So I'm starting uni this year, and I shall be studying the Bachelor of Design in Visual Communication at the University of Technology Sydney. It'll be a 3-year course with an Honours year after that and I'm greatly looking forward to it, since it was my first choice. :D
Other than that, there isn't much for me to write, other than I'm doing fine right now and enjoying having no schoolwork, heh heh.
So I failed the one goal I set myself this year
And now I can only hope to have achieved something I didn't set myself for the year.
I got nominated for artEXPRESS, which is this big state-wide exhibition of bodies of work that Visual Arts students produced for the HSC high school leaving examinations, but failed to make it through the final selection.
To exhibit in ArtEXPRESS had been my goal ever since I knew of it in Year 5, and was the only solid short-term goal I set for myself to achieve in Year 12. I didn't have a particular ATAR I wanted since the cut-off mark changes every year, and a mark, to me, didn't seem as significant as partaking in an exhibition alongside so many others
